Governing Board

The Governing board consists of eight members (four from Saline and four from Ottawa). Four members, two from each county, are elected to a four year term in the November elections during odds years. To apply, go to your local County Clerks office before June 1 of the election year. There is no term limits.

Program Development Committee (PDC) members are appointed by the Governing Board in January of each year.
