Central Kansas District Family and Consumer Science agents provide the following programming in Saline and Ottawa Counties.
K-State Research and Extension partners with the Department of Aging and Disability Services to bring free, confidential, unbiased assistance to Medicare beneficiaries and their families. If you need help with Medicare issues, long-term care, or other health insurance subjects contact the Salina office at 785-309-5850.
This 6-week program provides a self-care education program for family caregivers. The Powerful Tools for Caregivers program will provide you with tools and strategies to better handle the unique caregiver challenges you face.
